I've lost 14 pounds but got stuck (not good - I've got 50-60 pounds to go) so have recently started exercising again after a hiatus of about a year (other than summer walking). I'm doing low impact aerobics (Leslie Sansone's Walking DVDs and Amazon prime streaming -- they're called walking but they are simple nonconfusing aerobics). I'm starting off by alternating 20 & 30 minute (1 & 2 mile) routines in the morning. Next week all 30 minute ones. Then when I can increase on the weekends. Of course at the moment I'm sitting on an ice pack because my sciatica is awake down my leg, and the bottoms of my feet have been cramping. Ouch. So have increased water and magnesium- I will get past this. Why can't I lose weight with a bewitched twinkle of my nose? (Wishful thinking). Anyway good luck to you.
