That was me playing White today, getting a quick checkmate. For a couple a days, until partway through yesterday, I was having a horrible streak. Today winning has been like falling off a log. The difference between my own hot streaks in chess and my slumps, the determining psychological factor or factors, remains a great mystery to me.
